Professional website of a famous architect
I would like to analyse Norman Foster who is a famous architect as my research about a website and social media which I will talk about that in the next post. Norman Foster is inspired by sustainable architecture and green architecture.
When we open his website, we are in face with a home page and a toolbar which has a different subject and lead us to a specific area. On the home page, we have movie's screen which is designed with notes, pictures and so on. I took some screen shut which I put them above to show 3 of them as examples.
This page which I showed above, it is about me page. In this section, It is written about Foster and his partners also in the right corner of the page we can see some address about social media which is their work and we can see this address in all of the pages. In addition, there is small space which is about news of this company shortly, also we can see this title on all of the pages on this website. It made better access to followers or explorer to find them easily also it made this website very professional.
These are links to their social media which are another of our target. they used a range of different social media such as Linked In, Facebook, You Tube and so on to make better access to a range of people's pages and social medias.
When it comes to projects or portfolios, we are in face of this kind of page with a different design to show our work. On this website of this famous architect, there is small information about this page, their work designed as grid lines, if we point on one of them by mouse there is information about that project also if we click on it, there is full information which is included by pictures and notes.
A contact page is another point of our website which we should have them and actually, every website should have them but one of the reasons that I am searching in this section is because this is part of my website as well. because Norman Foster is a famous architect as it is shown there is a number of offices in a different country such as Madrid, Abu Dhabi and so on that I took a screen shot of that to a present.
if we lead the mouse to them it becomes obvious that which place is that picture.
Furthermore, in the corner of this website we have a full menu which it gives us more information and title about each part of our titles. If someone needs more detail, he/s can use this option. In my opinion, this option made this web page very professional.
